hello i am in florida. my ex g/f is the mother of my son. i have not seen him since christmas . i am back on my child support due to very unfortunate financial circumstances. However when I was paying she made it very difficult and inconvenient for me to see him. I would prefer to give up all rights seeing how I now live 3 hours away and I don't think it is fair to him for me not to be there.. Can anyone help me w/finding any information involving how and if possible for me to relinquesh all of my parental rights.. If someone can please respond to this asap i would be much appreciative.. thank you tommy in florida
