Default Owner/Employer stealing from employees

I signed up for supplemental health insurance (Aflac) and had the premiums direct-deducted from my paycheck pre-taxed. I just learned that the owner of the company has not been paying those premiums but the deductions have continued from my pay. I am paid bi-monthly (15th and 30th of each month) and the deducted amount is $95.90 per paycheck. According to the insurance rep my policies have not been paid for the past 2 months (4 missed premium payments). I am not the only one in the company that this is happening to but I am the only one still employed by them. Any advice on what I can do or should do please.
If I can I want to retain my employment. 2 others that I'm aware of had other policies with Aflac that were also payroll deducted but they no longer work for the same company I do.

Contact your local labor board. They should be able to help you answer your questions.

Generally, an employer is considered the fiduciary (like a trustee) for these deductions. This is a serious issue and you should be concerned about your Employer in general if this is not more then a simple mistake. Have you considered letting him know that you spoke with AFLAC and payments are behind to see his response?

Do not forget to speak with AFLAC about keeping your policies current if you still want the insurance otherwise you may not be covered.
