My X is living in Florida and took everything we owned that was paid for and left me in Arkansas with nothing but a huge debt on our home that he knew I could not pay. I am disabled and was granted alimony and a judgement for my half of the marital assets he took to Florida. My question is how do I get this order on record in Florida and collect on it. I have lost my home and will have to move in the next 60 days and I really need this money as I don't have money to move on and he has made it clear he will not willingly do anything.
