I live in FL and hold a FL drivers license. Recently I received an out of state 1st offense non aggravated DUI citation, I have a clean record prior to this, not even a speeding ticket in about 20yrs. I hired an attorney in NM where I received the DUI citation but I don't know what to do in FL.. Will my license be revoked in FL.? Any advice will help!

You are going to have to contact the Florida DMV to see what they will do with your license. If they do not do anything just be aware that you must comply with the law in NM in order to get your privilege to drive reinstated otherwise if you try to renew your Florida license you may not be able to.
