Unhappy Ousted out of business I helped start

Can someone tell if I have a legitimate claim for recovering my interest in a business that I helped get started. I invested money in the business and started working for nothing. I was suppose to be considered an owner. Unfortunately after 8 years I was terminated and have received nothing for my efforts.
The company is making well over 2 millon in gross revenues from Medicare.

Do you have any documentation regarding your investments and role in the company? You may want to take this information to an attorney to discuss your options. Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.

Yes I made an initial investment of about 65% of the funds needed to start the business through a home equity loan. I have all the documentation from the company accountant as to the monies that were paid back to me. The owners put in less than 15% and the rest were loans we got from 2 employess. It has been about 8 months since I was let go from this company and I'am worried about the statue of limitations for an action on this matter. I feel very humiliated and have gone through alot of emotional distress over this matter. I just want what is fair for my contributions and nothing else.

You really need to speak with an attorney.
