I have a question please. My daughter is 17 years old and her ex-boyfriend is 16 years old. My daughter and I had to go to the Glendale Civil Court and we filed and paid a Process Server to serve the 16-year old boy an Order Of Harassment. The next day the mother of the boy went to the same court and requested a hearing to fight the Harassment Order. This Tazmanian Devil mother lives to complain and argue. My question is: Do I need to take a lawyer with us to this court hearing and if not....what are our chances of winning if she brings an attorney and we do not?
