I had a magazine company call me and ask me if i wanted to subscribe to 36 months of service for 45.00 a month. i said no, they recorded yes or no statements and have been calling me and sending me magazines and saying that i agreed to the service. my question is this, i KNOW for in fact that i said no when they called, what is the law on tampering with recorded mesages and contracts orally?

Did you call the company and ask to speak with someone in charge? I had a similar issue and it took a while and had to speak with several people but eventually got it straightened out. It was a pain but going through the legal process would be more of a pain.
