Online retailer issued bad check for retru
I transacted over the phone with a CA company for a 'special order' item. Delivery was supposed to be 6-8 weeks from time of purchase. Its now 6 months later and I still have not received the item. The company agreed to refund my money but would only send me a check instead of crediting my card. I received the check, attempted to deposit and it was returned NSF. I called the company and they continue to tell me that they'll take care of it. What are my legal recovery rights?
