In Ohio the expungement law says Two or more convictions in result of or connection with shall be counted as one.Have a 1992 trafficking marijuwana conviction thought i had all my rights back.In 2000 i was arrested for weapons under disability and dropped down to misdemeanor.Can these be expunged?
