Hi,
I need some help understanding the following phrase taken from a construction contract:
"...the subcontractor: (i) agrees that the Price shall be a non-recourse obligation;..."

here it goes:
"Receipt of these funds
(funds from the Owner) by Contractor shall be an absolute contidion precedent to Subcotnrator's rigth to receive payment. In the event of any conflict between the Contract Documents and this provision, this provision shall govern. With regard to the foregoing, Subcontractor (i) agrees that the pice shall be a non-recourse obligations; and (ii) waives Subcontractor's right to assert any claim, demand, right, or cause of action against Contractor for any portion of the Price (unles and to the extent that Contractor actually receives funds from the Owner attributable to the Work...."
