I just needed some advise. My employer which I have a non-compete, confidentiality agreement with may have broken the law. The company owner ran a sale for the weekend and before the sale he raised the prices and after the sale he lowered them back down. I believe this is false advertisement and illegal. What I want advise on is can I resign and look for employment elsewhere even though I have a non compete? I believe when your employer does something illegal it breaches the agreement. I have plenty of evidence to the fact emails copies of invoices and so on. Waiting to hear from anyone.
