i own two houses on the block the man who owns the one house between my two has alot of mental issues if he stops taking his medication he goes crazy he threw a block at his car breaking the windshield and went totally nuts he was put in a mental hospital for aprox a wk let out and went nuts a wk later this time breaking all of the windows in his house and putting food all over my husbands car. i rent the house on the other side of him i am really having problems finding good renters i now have one they are wonderful people but the nieghbor is really freaking them out and they are now looking for another place to live. is there anything i can do about the nieghbor and his outbursts? i call the local law enforcement when he is going crazy they come get him and tell me there isnt much they can do he then goes for mental help comes right back and never seems to stay in a normal state before he goes crazy again any help or advice would be
