I need help with a situation that involves 2 lots...

One lot is improved with garage and 2 mini barns 1/3 of the home and is in my name purchased seperate from actual mortgage.

Second lot has 2/3 of the foreclosed home on it.

Nothing can be sold because one of the lots is in my name the other has been foreclosed on and is in Wells Fargo's name.

I have been waiting for 5 months for them to respond and they promised they would, but no one has called and no one has even checked on home which has been empty for 3 years and is beginning to deterorate.

I have been charging Wells Fargo a lot rent of $1,000.00 a day since June 20, 2006.

But I can get no response from them..

Help what can I do now!!
