Default need legal help

This is my first time on this chat line. I need help with an issue I can't seem to find an attorney to take on the city of Liberal, county of Seward of Kansas. The court appoints an attroney that helps the prosecution convict his client. I was mandated into the SRS Kansas Kan-Work Program who sent me to a dermatologist and a MD who made me quit an 8 hour a week job at SCCC due to adverse reaction to my Tyoiss and skin condition. Then SRS sent Dr. Hessman to my home for an eight hour mental evaluation who advised me his recommendations carry a lot of weight in court. I asked my court appointed attorney to subpoena the SRS records, Mr. Bryan had me sign two bland subpoenas and assured me he would have the records to produce cause why I was not working and going to school. Needless to say he never Motioned the court for those records, I spent 60 days in jail. One Chief Justice signed a Court Order to garnish 100% of my bi-weekly wages, another District Judge had me arrested while sitting in court for Non-Appearence. My latest problem is I filed an Appeal from Municipal Court to District Court, I paid 60 dollars in municpal court walked across the street posted 84.50 in district court, but the clerk refused to give me a District Court Case No. The court mailed my Case No. allowing the 10 business days to expire. This is the last straw, I want to go after the judicial system here and need help to file charges against the above said. If there is anyone who reads this and helps me file the correct paper work I would be willing to pay a reasonable fee for assistants.

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
