Good evening! I am having difficulties with my lawyer who handled my child custody case. He is expecting payment yet no final decrees have been made and in fact I have not even spoke with him even after numerous attempts since November 1 2002. I fear that he will begin garnisment of my wages if I do not begin payment. I do not believe that he has fulfilled the contract's requirements and do not feel like he should recieve any payment until he has. Please reply soon I am in great need of your assistance.
