can anyone please tell him what his looking at????....hes already been in their for 6 months the court keep on stalling.

For the misdemeanor, it depends on the level if he's convicted. For a class 1 misdemeanor, six months in jail. For a class 2 misdemeanor, four months. For a class 3 misdemeanor, thirty days.

Felonies are those crimes where time gets measured in YEARS, served in a state prison. Unlawful flight is a class 5 felony (18 months in prison), and endangerment is a class 6 felony (one year in prison).
