27 years ago or more I was convicted of 3 DUI's in the state of Florida. I did the time paid the fine etc. 17 Years later received another. A new law passed that summer stated that driving records go back 75 years in the state of Florida and they counted it as my fourth one and revoked my license for life. I have not dirven since. My father died in July. My mother is eighty and needs me to stay with her. Where she lives there is no public transportation. I must get to work. What can I do? Are there any states that do not recognize the national drivers registry? P.S Have not had a drink in 6 years. jt
