Default I need help

My son has two children ages 4 and 6. He is divorced and has regular visitation. His ex stated to many of my family members that she was sexually molested by her father. It states in the divorce decree that her father can only has supervised visitation with the kids. When my son has his kids, I babysit them while he is at work. On two seperate occassions the children have displayed sexual acts in front of me that are not normal for children their ages. After the first incident, I gave careful thought to what I should do and I contacted CPS. The CPS caseworker told me that she spoke to both children as well as the mother and they were doing nothing out of the ordinary. On Dec. 31, 2009, I had my grandchildren and witnessed my four year old grandson spread his sister's legs and put his face in her crotch and move his head. I told him to stop and asked where they had seen such a thing and he told me papa. Papa is their mothers father. My six year old granddaughter told me that she stays at her papa's house overnight. I have sent another complaint to CPS in hopes that something will be done. In the meantime, what can my son do to keep his children out of harms way.

He can file an emergency petition to modifiy custody. I would suggest that he speak with an attorney to handle this. Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
