Question Need helo with a sale of a mobile home.

I'm not sure if I'm in the right place but I cannot seem to get any free advice from a lawyer. I need immediate advice if possible. Here is my story........

I sold a mobile home at an online auction to a lady in California May 31st. (I live in NC) She deposited the money for it into my checking account but has made no effort to claim her mobile home since then. I made the mistake of never getting a new title for the mobile home when I bought it in 2006. When I went a couple of weeks ago and tried to get a new title I found out that the past owner signed the wrong line and they made a mistake with the date on the title. I have had to to take so much time to track the past owner down since they live out of state. The person who bought the mobile home from me decided that a bill of sale and keys would make her happy untill I could get the title to her. Well I signed the bill of sale, added all needed information, got it notorized and faxed it to her. Now she says that that is not good enough since it's not the original copy. She keeps sending harrassing emails saying that she is filing suit against me because I have not mailed her a title or bill of sale and I have refused her the mobile home. I have never refused her the mobile home. I have given her the address of the mobile home, the landlord'd phone number, my phone number and asked when she was going to come down and take claim to her mobile home. She has made no effort to come to NC and meet me. She has called the landlord that owns the land that the mobile home is on and has aggrivated him to the point where he wants the mobile home off the land by the 19th of this month.
She has also looked up my criminal record and has called my mother trying to get her involved.

Am I legally responsible to send her the title? From my past experience, no matter what you sell; the buyer comes to you to pick up the merchandise no matter what it may be. She claims that she will not come to NC to do anything unless she get all the necessary paperwork first. If this was going to be a problem then she shouldn't have bought something so far away from where she lives now right? At what point is this sale invalid and who is responsible for the mobile home when the landlord has to move it off his land? I dont know what to do. She refuses to take any steps to come to North Carolina and claim the property and claims that she will sue me for the money back, her storage fees, etc.
