Rita.....being as the minor child will be 17 on the 28th of August....and you stated that the police will not take a report for a runaway if the child is 17 could it be wiser to just wait until that date to have her leave ? Then we would have her birthcertificate in hand as well as the divorce documents etc if the police attempted to stop us....if my chance the Mom convinced them to persue her runaway 17 yr old ? let me tell ya....saving kids is a heartbreak sometimes... but in the longrun.....soooooo worth it.
