Default need forms and filing advace for odd situation.

I hope im not posting twice.. I just lost a nice long draft to computer weirdness!...

I am the presumed father of a new child, and have two children currently.. The mother of new child left the state while still pregnant several months ago and served me support and custody papers in other state after inviting myself and children to visit her and baby (our presumed sibling.. ) The mother is also legally married (though separated many years) to a california resident, which i was not aware.. I also have not had a paternity test, and not completely sure of definitive parentage..
I have successfully won a motion to dismiss in the other state, and need to open precedings in california immediately.. My 2 children and self have spent very little time with the new baby, and getting a test and bonding time if appropriate is crucial and past due.. I have been told that case would be appropriate to handle as improper removal of child, and i need to seek expedition while leaving room to get a test as quickly as possible for confirmation before signing a declaration of parentage.. mother will not cooperate, and i have also discovered some strong evidence of gross personal misconduct and do not wish relationship/contact with her involving current children..
What specific forms and/or process should i file, and how can i open a suit without signing an affidavit of parentage, if possible.? (until after parentage is tested and confirmed) Any help or advice absolutely appreciated.. (beyond words) ..

I certainly suggest that you do not try to do this without an attorney. Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
