Default Need Basic Agreement Terms

I'm representing a person who's trying to collect a debt and I need a basic service contract which states that I can represent this person in the collection. What language does an agreement of this kind have to include? My payment will be a percentage of the amount collected, if successful. Can anyone help with this?

Let me get this straight, your representing someone and do not know the basic terms in a collection agreeement and want to collect a percentage on this? I think in lieu of the situation you should let this person your representing find someone who knows what they are doing and has handle stuff like this before. You can find "yourself" liable for damages due to negligence in error on your part and mis-representation.

Default Let me get this straight...

You reply to a simple question, with an arrogant question? Apparently you missed the point that someone was looking for a quick "answer" here.

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck. You may find a sample agreement.
