Long post, sorry. I moved to GA in 1999, I have been driving in GA and renewing my license every year since. In NJ I had some judgements due to DUI from 1995. I paid all these off in full in 2004. Today I went to take my written motorcycle test (passed) but I can up on this list and not only would they not give me my motorcycle license they took my drivers license and suspended me. I went on the NJ DMV page and all it shows under my fees or anything is a $100 fee due for a restoration. I dont live there anymore so didnt pay this when I paid off my judgments. I am so worried now I have no license. I will call NJ on Monday but what am I to do????

I understand that this is frustrating. You need to restore your privilege to drive in NJ and then GA should give you back your license. It is the privilege to drive that is suspended. Doesn't matter that your license was from another state.
