My son is being charged for Vehicle Theft and Trespassing causing injury or Damage. What I would like to know is what kind of punishment is he facing? Also, he was to leave for the Army in a month, will this hinder that completely and/or will he serve jail time for the Army also?

Your son needs an attorney. Yes, it is possible for him to serve jail time. As for the army, it will be up to the army to decide if they still want him if he is convicted.
