Well my daughter has this dad and we share visitation rights and he use to abuse her when she was little and he still does some things to her but shes older now and doesn't like to talk about it much she will be 14 in November and she cant stand being with this guy he treats her like crap and he's not even her biological father he adopted her when she was two. she wants to know if she could go back to court and tell the judge she doesn't want to go any more or anything so she doesn't have to go with him what should and can she do? please help me and my daughter.
