my company is committing fraud
I work for a International company with several thousand employees and they have been committing a serious fraud(over billing clients and billing clients for service not performed) plus some environmental issues.
one day i ask a supervisor to chill on the fraud and ever since that day my pay( I'm on commission) has dropped over $100,000 in a year.
he is saying business is slow , but all my other colleagues are making bale.
i have always been top producer in my division now I'm last.
this multi billion dollar company will suffer severe financial impact (they are a publicly traded company) if i turn this matter over to the courts.
several thousand people will lose their jobs and i don't know what to do.
it's to the point i can't sleep, think straight or function like i used to, this is all i think about.
do you think if i told them i am going to get a class action suit started for the commissions they have not been paying on the over billings and request they stop this fraud that they will comply? or will it sound like I'm extorting money?
i have suffered serious financial harm because of this, what should i do?
