Default MUST we technically qualify for summary dissolution?

My husband and I were married for three and a half years. I left him because he was abusive and I want the divorce to be as quick and conflict-free as possible. Neither of us wants anything that the other has. He can keep his 401K I'll keep mine etc. I'd like to do this divorce myself since we have no community property community debts or children. I'd like to use the summary dissolution package I picked up from the courthouse but I'm concerned that I may have too many individual assets to use this form. Would it nulify the divorce if I just wrote that neither of us had any individual property? He is not contesting the divorce and as I said we aren't fighting over any property. Thank you very much.
