We are currently in a Chpt 13 and due to the economy my income has dropped almost 75%. We are living on $400 a month before we pay any other bills or the mortgage. Needless to say, the Bankruptcy is making us go bankrupt. Our Attorney has moved out of state and it takes me 3 weeks to get a response from him. We wanted to modify our case, but the trustee denied it because our attorney didnt turn in a budget or something. We have been told to dismiss our case by not making the payments but our payroll departments will not do that and if we voluntarily dismiss, we can not file again for 180 days and then all the creditors will come get their collateral. what do we do?????

I can certainly understand this is a frustrating situation for you. I suggest you contact another attorney to determine your legal options. You may also want to contact your state bar if your attorney is not returning calls and did not file all necessary paperwork.
