Thanks for any help in advance. I have a Missouri driver's license, but I live and attend medical school in Tennessee. This past weekend, I visited a friend's house over the border in Kentucky for a cookout where I had several of their coronas. My lack of sleep and caffeine load from tests finally caught up with me and I wasn't thinking straight. I made the mistake of leaving to turn-in at another another house nearby. As I pulled away, two patrolman arrived about a noise complaint and I received a DUI.

1. Can anyone recommend an attorney experienced in DUI's in Southeast Kentucky?
2. A person who has had a DUI experience recommended that I get a Tennessee license because it will become valid in the mean time while my Missouri license is suspended. That sounds shady and untrue to me, but I'm interested to hear what anyone else has to say.
3. What happens with my Missouri license? I was told that I might need to fill out some sort of form within 10 days in order to prevent my license from being suspended.
4. Any other advice?
