I sent a letter to the judge for a contempt hearing but he would not let me change court date. I am not working and can not afford an attorney. I live in Florida and had custody of my child but my ex has not sent her back from summer visitation and the judge awarded him 20,000 is court costs and has issued a bench warrant. I want to know if there is anything I can do to stay out of court and get the fee reversed. I had won custody in April.

Please help...I need a good family lawyer that will not cheat me any one know a good one???????????
