the legal asbestos firm , also known as the leonard jacques law firm in mi. this firm was representing me in a asbestos exposure case.This firm lost there LC , {barred} from practice in the state of Michigan. However just shortly before they were barred, they sent me a {partial} settlement check for 1100 dollars! I had not had contact with them for a long time, so i ask for my files so i could find other representation! they sent me a few files but certainly not all the procedure and pleadings on my behalf to the federal courts! Now i am pretty sure , if i can find a firm who will take up the cross {so to speak}there should be a federal latch concerning this as it was a jones case! I have no way of knowing if they embezzeled funds from me . I need repersentation with which i will contrac to the firm 50% of any recovery.
