My husband has worked full-time for a corporate feedlot for approximately 3 years now. Four weeks ago his boss approached him to discuss some deduction he was going to make to his next paycheck. The way it was explained he was adding a "misc. deduction" to every check that he didn't work 55 hours a week or showed up late to work. My husband is paid an hourly wage bi-weekly. Other employees are also late and some don't show up at all but none but my husband have received this deduction. Also my husband never signed a payroll deduction authorization allowing his boss to do this. What should I do?
