Is there any law to protect employees from policy change? My husbands company has changed the mileage reimbursement policy (just for some employees). He travels daily, sometimes 200 miles. They used to pay anything over 50 miles. Now, they pay the second 50 miles, the third 50, the fifth 50 and so on... It has cut his reimburments down to a 3rd, and it does't even cover gas for travel anymore??

Was any of this in his contract with the employer?
