1) Does a blanket lien need to specify the asset used as collateral e.g. XYZ piece of equipment or can it be all encompassing without listing a specific asset e.g. all assets of the company which are not specifically pledged to another lender.
2) Does a blaket lien prevent the company from selling the assets without the consent of the blanket lien holder and must the proceeds of that sale go to repay the indebtedness of the the lender holding the blanke lien.
3) When does a blanket lien become operative 1) always operative or 2) only in the event of default or delinquincy on the loan secured by the blanket lien. To state it another way, if the loan secured by the blanke lien is current, does the blanket lien holden still have to sanction the sale.
Hi! I Took a trip with my choral class to sing at a festival event.
At a hotel we were staying at we all had a room and room mates (i had two in my case).
As i went to the bathroom, closed the door, and was doing my "business".
Next thing i know, i look up and one of my room mates was video taping me with his camera.
I quickly shut the door, thinking he must have not got much on it.
when i got out he was just laughing to himself and with my other room mate we had, i had told him to delete hit and to not talk of this.
Later on, i find out he had sent it out on the internet, sending it in messages to people, and blogging about it.
i have been humiliated by this act and people taunt me about it at my school.
How do I declare my sister incompetent? She is 58 years of age and weights 82lbs. I believe she is dying. I need to get her some help. She eats twice a week, but she is drinking because sometimes I can smell the alcohol. She is living with me and she lies about everything. I don't want to put her in the street, because she has breast, and kidney problems. I think she is waiting to die. I don't know what to do.
