I have been with my boyfriend for 2 years and he has been legally separated from his wife. I am now pregnant and wondering if I can list him as the fater on the birth certificate if he is still married?

Which means he is STILL married.

YOU can't list anyone. HE can list himself if he chooses to do so, or, you can file a paternity suit against him and ask the COURT to order that he be added.
