marriage to u.s citizen

I came on F-1 VISA 8 years ago and graduated 4 years ago. My 1-94 has D/S stamp on it. I married a U.S citizen two months ago and we have two kids together. How soon can i travel out of U.S? Some lawyers say i may be subject to 10 year ban while others say since my 1-94 has D/S stamp i can travel as soon as i get my travel document. I am really confused. Please help
