What are the marijuana laws in Alaska?

I'm sort of confused about the marijuana laws in
Alaska?...What is legal in this state?....I am sooo against
smoking pot...it is hard to find people in this State that
don't.

I don't want my ex to have custody of my son because he is
a big pot head and has lots of friends that smoke as well. Who
knows what he might try next. I am concerned about the well
being of my child while he visits his dad.

What are my options?

I am not sure about the exact laws but for a child under 18 years its not legal to have exposure of any sort of drugs so you must consult to someone specializing in law about the exact law....
