I was pulled over for speeding which led to 4 different drinking and driving charges. This happened a little under two month ago. What I'm trying to figure out is how long the arresting officer has to process the ticket. In other words i haven't received a court date yet (i realize I'll probably get it soon) but if I don't receive it within a certain amount of time will i be able to use that in my defense? and if so what is the certain amount of time?
