This weekend out friend told his raging alcoholic "live-in" ex-girlfriend that she needed to find another place to live because it was over (has been for sometime). While he was sleeping she continued to drink and repeatly tried to get in his room. He picked her up and removed her from the room and locked the door. She then started pounding on the door and screaming she called the police and told them he beat her up. He left the house at that point for awhile only to return to find he police waiting for him. They arrested him for domestic violence (she said she would press charges) and took him to jail. She called us the next morning screaming at us for bailing him out of jail (we had no idea what was going on at this point) and for him to come pick up his bag. He bailed himself out of jail that morning and told us he was told he couldn't go back to his own house (he owns it). We went over to pick up his bag and she was drunk saying she wasn't going anywhere that he was just mad and would be back. He wants her out! He can't even go back to his own house! Can he get a restraining order to get her removed? HELP!
