I started working for a start up dot com I pretty much participated in everything from managment to web design the company was on a tight budget. The company issued warrents that could be executed at a fairly low price. Now that the company has started operating they have let people go and even locked some out. Without a majority interest we have no recourse and will receive nothing until the company is sold. There is talk that the original corporation is being dissolved and a new one started with the website operating under the new corp. This project involved thousands of hours and now we are locked out can we do anything should we go to the labor board?
