Default living with my father

i am currently 15 years old..
i will be 16 this may. i have recently been moved missouri to daytona beach.
then i moved to jacksonville. ive been in and out of school 3 times with in the 1st quarter of school.
my mom booked me a flight to come to florida but i was not going to live with her. i was going to live with my aunt sonia. well during christnas break i moved with my mom her bf and my sister.
3 days after christmas my sister left for missouri but shes 17 so my mom couldnt stop her.
im tired of moving around all my life and i want to go live with my dad.
it may not be the best place for me and i understand that every older person thinks its for freedom
and friends but really its bc the school it accademicly better and its smaller so the teachers work hands on with u instead of being fustrated at everyone cause there are soo many children in one class. its hard to think that im living some where not at will..do i have a choice in the matter where i want to live or should itake it to court.

You cannot take it to court. Your father can take it to court if he wants custody. Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
