help!! my business partner has filed a litigation through bankruptcy court for illegal business practice against me for lots of money! I have now idea what she thinks I have done.. or what the implications of something like this is.. what do I do.. I have a lawyer who is dragging his feet filing our bankruptcy... and he tells me we have to go to her first hearing and cross examine her.. but he is going to be out of town.. should I... can I hire another lawyer.. does he have to turn over the work he had done and will another lawyer accept the case if I let him go ahead and file...help please... I am so frustrated with this mess
