Default listening to someones voice mail

I know all of this is not logical why anyone would do this however i did it . i am worried.

i am married , i began seeing a 25 yr old woman as me being her sugar daddy iam 52. after about 6 months i got i found she was a drug user yeah a 4.0 gpa student . after 7 months i got a call from a displayed number on caller id from her area code i asked her about it she said i dont know but she lied so much all the time. so i did a reverse phone look up on line and found his name . she still wouldnt admit knowing him so i found about spoofing his voice mail and heard her messages to him. by listening to his voice mail i knew she was a drug user she admitted no romance but getting drugs from him. he is a 60 yr old teacher that sells drugs and is in love with this girl. i was or am crazy but i loved her also. he has connections with law enforcement he called me really mad about me knowing about his life from voice mail and me googling his name. he called me i said if i see you going into a motel with her you will never see me again. well like a fool he set up a time i awaited and seen him pull into the parking lot with a big guy . i fled after a short chase i lost them but he called and said i was in his business blah blah then the other guy got on the phone said i fled law enforcement i was wrong and so on. in my opinion he was there to beat me up however he was a cop friend of the drug dealer. anyway the girl told me i am under investigation for unlawfully listening to his voice mail. the drug dealer does have connections but would it be easy for the law to subpoena my phone records and find out the spoofing company and subpoena those records?

i feel if this guy pursues this it would open up a can a worms for everyone. if i am charged what would the sentance likely be and laywer costs . i have no record what so ever

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
