I live in Nebraska. I plan to operate a mobile rock climbing wall. I plan to set it up in either parking lots with the owner's permission or locations that I would rent. I also plan to start a LLC to protect my own assets. Now what I want to happen is if someone gets hurt or worst case senario someone dies my LLC would be solely liable. Can this be done? Is there a way to make sure the owner of the location on which I set up my wall as well as myself would never be liable? If not under what circumstances would I or the owner of the location of the wall be liable and what could be the pentalty assessed. Thanks.
