Hi all. Being a UK citizen, I need your help. I sent a deposit for some investment property to be built. Contract is now broken by developer not being able to commence build in time. I have asked for deposit to be returned from title company, based in Cape Coral, Fl. They say they forwarded it to lender, lender says they did not. Title company cannot/will not supply evidence to show transaction. How can I increase my chances of getting this money back, using legal process?
