I rented an apt. in March 2009. At that time there was no open bar. Now there is an open bar for business below my apt.
Have had to call the law several times because of the noise from the live music.
Now there is bar fights at night, broken beer bottles and some beer bottles with urine in them.
They urinate on the rugs in front of the apts. etc.
Is it not safe for my children and sure not quite when it comes to their bedtime.
Can I legally get out of my lease to move my family from here?
