Is there any laws in Indiana that make provision for breaking a leases due to catastrophic illness of a parent? I have a letter stating that I need to move in with mother due to many physical and psychiatric issues. He says the next step is a nursing home. She is unable to perform her activities of daily living and needs me there. Please help me if you can. There is no one else to hep her. My twin sister has moved to another state with her new husband, and my baby sister has a home with her husband. I am single and have the medical background to stay with mother. Just do not know what to do.
