how do i find a good laywer

i've been put on workman's comp as of 4/11/03 mbna america decided to pay without prujice. do i have any rights if they terminate me i've injuried my voice so that i can not proform my job at this time due to my job was talking on the phone 10hrs a day for the last 5 years. my mediation date was 9/23/03 and i have not heard or received anything from mbna or worker's comp. could you give me advice..
