large coorperation shutting down suppliers to small business
We have a small business that has purchased from certain suppliers over the last couple of years. We pose competition to a VERY LARGE (multi million) company - we have the ability to offer the same type of products and services for less. Just as of recent - our suppliers are (for no reason - or vague excuses) refusing to sell to us now. These are the same suppliers that the VERY LARGE company utilizes also. We are being "blackballed" and want to know if there is any legal recourse. We have overwhelming circumstanial evedince that this is what is happening. Without these suppliers - are business will suffer possibly need to shut down (we will suffer huge $$$ set backs) - approximately 3/4 of our product comes from these suppliers. Any suggestions or legal recourse?
