We signed a year lease in Nov 09. Now the landlord is going through some personal problems and wants the home back. The landlord wants us to move out next month and is pressing us to move into a home next door that is owned by her friend. Our lease isn't up until the end of November.
We said we don't want the home and have found another place and will be out the middle of next month. She gave us a copy of a handwritten note that states it is an eviction notice and that we need to make other living arrangements as soon as possible.
Almost every other day we are getting calls for us to look at the other home and for us to move out sooner.

What are our options? We won't have the money to move out until next month. Is the landlord able to legal force us out just because they want their home back?

Unless you have not paid rent or in some means breached your lease you cannot be evicted
